2 WHICH DATA ARE COLLECTED, WHAT PURPOSE DO THEY SERVE AND HOW ARE THEY STORED?

A) VISIT OF THE HOMEPAGE

When you visit www.mugshot-tattoo.com, your browser automatically sends information to the server on the Mugshot page. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. This information is collected and automatically deleted:

  • IP address of your device,
  • Date and time,
  • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT),
  • Which page you requested,
  • Access status/HTTP status code,
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file,
  • Website from which access is made (referer URL),
  • The browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider,
  • Language and version of the browser software.

And for this I need or my server needs these data:

  • Ensuring a connection of the websites,
  • Guarantee the use of my website,
  • Evaluation of system security and stability
  • and for other administrative purposes.

According to Art. 6 para. 1 DSGVO I have the right to use this data. I cannot draw any conclusions about your person.

B) GETTING IN TOUCH VIA THE CONTACT FORM

For all questions you can use the contact form. For this you need a valid email address. Otherwise I could not answer your question. I also have to save all data that is important for answering your question. This could be your phone number, your last and first name and your email address. Data processing for the purpose of contacting me is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. DSGVO on the basis of your voluntary consent.
When using the contact form, the hoster temporarily saves your IP address to make it possible to send your email. Your IP address is not visible to me.
Unencrypted emails are always a risk and can lead to unwanted data loss.

3. DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Normally I do not pass on any data to third parties. However, it may become necessary if:
You wish it according to §20 DSGVO or the disclosure according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. DSGVO is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims (we have a legal dispute) and there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data.

4. COOKIES

I use cookies. These are small files that your browser creates and stores on your device. The cookie contains information about how you use my site, but not who you are. A cookie does not tell me your identity. Cookies create statistics on who has used my site how often and help me to make my visit more pleasant and interesting by evaluating these statistics. Cookies are automatically deleted after some time. 
The data processed by cookies are necessary for the purposes mentioned to protect my legitimate interests according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. DSGVO. Most browsers automatically accept cookies. The complete deactivation of cookies can lead to the fact that you cannot use all functions of my websites.

5. ANALYSIS TOOLS

Tracking tools
The tracking measures listed below, such as cookies, serve to optimise my pages and help me to analyse user behaviour and to use it for the quality of the pages.

Google Analytics
To optimize my site I use Google Analytics. Google Analytics works in the same way as the cookies described in section 4 and is used to compile statistics on your user behaviour. In the near future, I will install a plugin that you can use to create an opt-out cookie to prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data.
Your data will be sent by Google Analytics to a server in the USA and temporarily stored there. The IP addresses of European users are masked and anonymised by Google Analytics so that no conclusions can be drawn about your identity. Google uses your data for market analyses and passes them on to third parties if necessary.

6. SOCIAL MEDIA PLUG-INS AND OUTBOUND LINKS

I use a social plug-in button of the social network Instagram on my website on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. DSGVO to advertise my company. The purpose is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the DSGVO. The plug-in shows a preview of my Instagram feed. By clicking on the preview you will be redirected to Instagram. The responsibility for data protection lies with the provider of the plug-in.

Instagram + Facebook + Twitter + Pinterest + Tumblr + YouTube
I also use plug-ins that redirect you directly to Facebook or Instagram or Twitter or Pinterest or Tumblr or YouTube. You can recognize them by their small logos.
If you use the link by clicking on the logo, a direct connection to the respective social network will be established. This gives Instagram and Facebook, etc. the information that your browser has visited my page, even if you don’t have an Instagram or Facebook profile or other social media profile. This information (including your IP address) is sent directly from your browser to and stored on an Instagram or Facebook or Twitter or Pinterest or Tumblr or YouTube server in the United States. If you are logged in to the social network, they can immediately assign your visit to my website to your account.

Outgoing Links
Since I can only take responsibility for the data protection on my websites, I have installed a plug-in which shows you an external link. All links that lead to other sites where other operators are responsible for data protection are marked with a small arrow pointing upwards and open in a new window.

7. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT

  • to request information about your personal data processed by me in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO.
  • to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by me in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO;
  • to demand the deletion of your personal data stored with me in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, unless processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, defence of legal claims;
  • to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, if the correctness of the data is doubted by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse its deletion and I no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have lodged an objection against the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO;
    in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO, to receive your personal data which you have provided to me in a common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another responsible person;
  • in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO, to revoke your consent once given to me at any time. The consequence of this is that I may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future.
  • to complain to a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO.

8. RIGHT OF OBJECTION

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO if there are reasons for doing so which arise from your particular situation.
